By accessing or using OCR Omega's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

OCR Omega provides document optical character recognition (OCR) services via API and web interface. Our service extracts text and structured data from uploaded documents.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Process illegal or prohibited content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the number of pages processed. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we commit to 99.9% uptime. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our SLA documentation.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your documents. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload. Our service, including all software and documentation, remains our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCR Omega shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked and any outstanding balances will become due.
